- We will run the campaign with the highest integrity, which means always being honest, doing what we say we will do, and being open and transparent with everything we do.
- We will strive to win, and will do so based on winning the trust and respect of voters in District 74.
- We will listen to our constituents and use this information to better serve District 74.
- We will strive to educate our constituents to help them be informed voters and engaged citizens.
- We will strive to “lift up” all those associated with our campaign. We will not expect, but rather invite, participation and we will sincerely thank everyone for their involvement and assistance.
- We will NOT engage in political “mud slinging”. Period.
- We will focus on our positive campaign, the strengths that Sue Ellspermann brings to the role, how she will help the district, and differentiate ourselves in that way. We will not focus on what the incumbent has or has not done, or can or cannot do.
- We will have a defined strategy with expectations of all campaign workers and supporters so everyone understands the campaign and can take ownership of their role.
- We understand that our families come first; the campaign will adapt accordingly.
- We will, at the end of the campaign, be proud of the journey . . . whether we win or lose.
